Learn more about it
The immediate cause of erectile dysfunction is a low blood flow to the penis due to a vascular disease obstructing the corpora cavernosa vessel whether by plaque formation or other reasons including neuronal during stress and anxiety. It is most often a progressive and secondary process making it a treatable issue once the underlying cause is taken care of.
"When the blood vessels (arteries) of the corpora cavernosa (2 of them) relax and open up, enough blood rushes in to fill them. The blood then gets trapped under high pressure by a series of valves in the veins, creating an erection . After the man ejaculates or is no longer sexually aroused, the veins expand and the trapped blood flows back to the body.
This is what is not working properly in ED and needs to be fixed.
Definition
Erectile dysfunction (ED), is defined as "the consistent or recurrent inability to achieve and/or maintain penile erection sufficient for sexual satisfaction". Although some cases, particularly in younger men, may primarily reflect psychological concerns, in many cases ED results from organic disease—notably, cardiovascular disease, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, and hypertension. Thus, ED may serve as a marker for medical conditions in need of treatment. Regardless of the cause, however, ED can have negative effects on patients' self-esteem, relationships, and overall quality of life.
Causes / contributing factors
Heart disease, High cholesterol, High blood pressure, Diabetes, Obesity, Smoking, Benign prostatic hyperplasia and, Stress and anxiety of any reason.
Management
Instead of talking about treating ED, we prefer talking about managing ED because most of the action is to manage the causes and its complications and how to learn to deal with emotion and psychological tension during the sexual party.
Therefore, this management consists of the following:
Counseling and mental support,
Oral medication,
Injected, implanted, or topically applied medications,
External vacuum and constriction devices
Surgery
Here in ED TALK n MORE, we consider another approach according to what we can legally do, we are equipped for and experienced with.

What else do we do here at Dysfonction E.?

We incorporate a "friend zone" environment, specific massage techniques, natural ingredients, and vitamins—practices that have been taught in Africa for centuries.

As certain scientific literature confirms, the majority of indigenous Africans do not suffer from erectile dysfunction before the age of 60 or 65.

And should they happen to experience it, they know how to treat it. This can be explained by the fact that, even today, indigenous Africans are virtually free from the major causes of erectile dysfunction—such as high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, stress, and anxiety—that are prevalent in major cities.
