What are the shipping options?First of all, Yatalist manages and ships only items from the YL Boutique. All other items from the Marketplace listing are NOT managed by Yatalist. Secondly, at this point in time Yatalist is only able to offer USPS and UPS mailing (delivery) service, this usually takes 2-10 days depending on the customer choice and after payment and packaging has been processed. We are thriving to make it as fast as possible.

What do I do if I received a defective order?We at Yatalist take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective product, we would require you to mail back the product, and after assessing the return product a refund will be processed straight away.
